In the year 1970, Mr. Felix Kwashie Xenodzi(Tribe of Judah) got married to Mrs. Aku Agbodzakey(Tribe of Levi) at Klikor in the Volta Region in Ghana, West Africa when he was only twenty one (21) years old.Thirteen years later however, on the 21st of December, 1983 on a Wednesday at exactly 7:30 pm they had a baby boy son in Ashaiman-Middle East, a suburb of Accra. Ghana-West Africa. On the seventh (7th) day after his birth, Mr. Felix Kwashie Xenodzi, his father had a vision when he slept at night.
In his vision he had an encounter with an angelic figure who was in a white garment, white beared with white hair like wool. The Angel told him to name the child "Segbene, which means Hear His Voice, for the whole world will hear his voice in the future and he will also hear the voice of the Lord". His father woke up from his sleep only to realize it was all a dream. On the day of the naming ceremony, he took a male duck to kill for the celebration of the ceremony of the Child.
